In the spring of 2022, my husband was offered a job in Columbus, OH that would ultimately relocate our family of 5 from Connecticut on short notice. We knew very little about the Columbus area, but were luckily referred to Geoff by a family friend. I am the Principal Broker of Planned Communities Realty Company. The company was founded by my grandfather Alan Ortlip in 1961. My father, Tod Ortlip, became CEO in 1977 and I have been with Planned Communities since 2007. I was born and raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio, and have continued to live in central Ohio. I currently reside in Worthington. I have been practicing Real Estate in the State of Ohio since 2005 and have extensive experience in transactional real estate as well as commercial and residential land development. I am a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, MLS, and the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange. I sit on the Board of Governors for The Lakes Golf and Country Club and Board of Directors of the First Tee of Central Ohio. I am proud to have sold the most expensive home in Columbus in 2012.
